I would highly recommend Sara Fakhari as your real estate agent. She really knows the Vancouver condo market and does her homework. She presented me with a market evaluation booklet that predicted the sale price very closely. She organized getting my strata unit painted over the weekend with very little notice before her first agent’s open (and at very good price).
